Reuniting Blues Chapter 34: Monday Couple Fanfiction

Gary could not move.

Not even an inch.

He felt his heart break.

And his soul draining out from him.

To him, it was as if it was the end of the world.

And they were having the best of their time, he snorted and turned.

He couldn't believe it.

Why would Kwang Soo do this to him? Even Ji Hyo?

He felt hot tears streaming down his cheek.

Only he didn't realise Ji Hyo was smiling at him right now.

"Ah Kwang Soo ah…"

Ji Hyo answered her phone.

She was about to lie down to sleep when her phone rang.

"Ah…Ji Hyo noona!"

"Wae, Kwang Soo ah?"

"I wanted to ask…Did something happen to you and Gary hyung?"

"Um…Why?"

"He called me very anxious just now. I thought you went missing or something."

"Ah…jjinja?"

Ji Hyo sniffed and thought. She had the little revenge plan up her sleeves a while already. Was Kwang Soo calling a sign to get the ball rolling?

"Um… Kwang Soo ah, are you free now?"

"Why? Noona?"

"I'll explain when i meet you! Can you pick me up at the park near my house?"

"Where's your house?"

"Ah…Kwang Soo ah…you don't know where my house is even though you've known me for three years?"

"Ah…um..noona…"

"I'll message you the address, okay? Kwang Soo! Bali yah!"

Lee Kwang Soo was flustered.

His father just appeared at the door, looking at him as if suspicious.

"Did i hear a Ji Hyo noona?"

"Eh…Ahbuji…its nothing…aniyo…"

He grabbed his phone and his wallet, taking his car keys along.

"Are you going somewhere?"

"I um…just going to meet a friend."

"Who?"

"Gary hyung."

And he walked off to get his car, which was parked by the house.

Moments later, he was by the park, waiting for Ji Hyo.

"Ah, Kwang Soo!"

Ji Hyo climbed onto his car, slamming his bag onto the seat.

"Ah…Noona…um, mind to explain the plan to me?"

"Ah…can't you be more patient? Noona is still putting on the seatbelt!"

"Oh…kudae…mianhe…"

After putting on the seatbelt, she stormed right to the plan.

"Will you be my namja-chingu?"

"Wha-?"

"I meant like pretend you know…um..since you are an actor and all."

"Oh…i thought you meant…um…"

"Aish…Kwang Soo!"

"Mianhe…"

"But like in dramas we act in, couples usually kiss right? I want you to do that."

"Now?But what?Bobo?"

"Yeah…but not now! Later! And don't tell anyone, this is to make Gary oppa jealous."

"Wha? Don't tell me you two are a couple and you got into a fight with him…"

"Yes…but keep your lips glued! And i want you to send a message to him saying that you found me at his aunt's dessert stall in Jamsil."

"Do we have to go there?"

"Of course! Now get the engine rolling and get there quick! I'll send it to him on the way!"

But why kiss?

Kwang Soo thought, but kept his mouth shut and drove his car towards Jamsil.

Although he still felt like dying, he still have to face it.

He needed the truth.

Why did Song Ji Hyo, the one he loved kiss Kwang Soo?

Wiping the tears on his cheeks, he turned again.

Only to find his beloved looking at him and smiling.

He didn't know why she smiled but ran there in lightning speed.

"Yah! Lee Kwang Soo!"

He punched him in his stomach and Kwang Soo coiled, and yelled,"Ahh!"

"Ji Hyo…why did you kiss him?"

"Wae? You jealous?"

"Kudaeyo! How can you kiss someone else when you're my yeoja-chingu?"

"Can't you see i did this out of revenge? And where did you go this morning?"

"I went to see a friend at the hospital. And…so… you were just doing out of revenge…"

"Yeah…of course! Why would i ever kiss him?"

"Is that an insult?" Kwang Soo sat up, glaring at his noona.

"Haha…Kwang Soo ah, get a yeoja-chingu…don't steal other people's…" Gary said and swooped Ji Hyo down in a deeply passionate kiss.

"Ah…god…Should i not look?"

"Probably…just go away."

"Eh…hyung! This is my car!"

"Well, heres the keys, drive mine then!"He threw his keys at Kwang Soo and he walked away in a snort.

"Do not get away from me again…and don't ever be late or go elsewhere…give me a message so that i'll know…"

"Alasso…And don't think up with such revenge…"Gary smiled sweetly and took off his cap.

"You should not wear caps…You look more handsome without it."

Gary did not reply, but grinned and kissed her as if they were from a fairytale, sparks flying everywhere and flowers bloomed.

"Ewww…."Kwang Soo commented from far and drove away, snickering at his new found gossip.

Song Ji Hyo walked into her house as if drunk.

"What happened?"Her concerned manager appeared, dashing towards her.

"Ah…nothing unnie…just drunken with love…"

"Haha…seriously Ji Hyo ah…"

Her manager helped her straighten herself and took her upstairs to her room.

"I'll go home now. Call me if anything happens! I'll just be call away!"

"Arasso…"Ji Hyo smirked, lying down on her bed and taking out her phone, which she noticed had vibrated.

It was from Gary.

Are you okay? Have sweet dreams! Always dreaming of you~

Kang Gary kept calling her.

But she just wouldn't answer.

Song Ji Hyo kept listening to her ringtone ring over and over again.

But she didn't even flinch when reading her new drama script.

Lee Kwang Soo sat at his sofa at home, looking at his dad.

His gut told him something was wrong.

But he didn't know what to do.

"Hey, Sung Im, wanna go shopping?"

Shopping meant home shopping. Ji Hyo sighed and looked back at her manager.

"Can i use your computer this time? Mine is still charging."

"Sure." Her unnie picked up her slick iMac from her bag and passed it to her.

"Gumawo."

She turned on the computer, clicking onto the safari image, she went onto the shopping website she always went to.

She chose a couple of clothes and looked over to her manager.

"These should be okay, right?"

"Yeah."

"Okay, i'll just get this. Unnie, can you help me fill these? I want to sleep."

"Kudaeyo…you better rest, it'll be a tiring day for you tomorrow."

Ji Hyo smiled and went upstairs. Right, they were going to Singapore the next day. That gotta be tiring.

And for all she knew, it had been almost a week since they even talked and tomorrow was also a Running Man filming.

She bit her lower lip, she had to face him, after all, he's the one she loves.

Lee Kwang Soo kept staring at his phone.

He knew something was wrong and he knew someone would call him.

He was right on that, but it wasn't about him.

But, it was fact that its incredible that he could feel that someone else is feeling bad or in trouble. But it also meant he was a great friend to know about that.

"Gosh! Someone just call me!"

His father(ahbuji) looked at him abruptly in huge eyes, but went back to reading his newspaper again.

In response, his phone rang.

The caller ID read Gary Hyung-.-

"Why is Gary hyung calling me?"

His ahbuji looked at him again and he shrugged,"Aniyo…Its nothing."

He flicked and Gary's anxious tone filled his ears.

"Kwang Soo ah! Have you seen Ji Hyo or had she call you?"

Kwang Soo's eyes widened.

"Why hyung?"

"Just answer my question, Kwang Soo!"

"Er…no..but-"

"Ok, Gumawomida Kwang Soo ah!"

"Eh! HYUNG!"

His father had his eyes on him again.

"Well, tell me about this."His father put down the newspaper and walked towards him.

"Nothing ahbuji…Aniyo…its just about Monday Couple i told you about."

"Did you get between them?" His father glanced.

"Aniyo! Why would i? They are a well matched combat! Gary hyung was just asking where was she."

"Chaemol?"

"KUdaeyo!!!"

His father, clearly not convinced sauntered away, back to he dining table and started reading the newspaper again.

"Huu…Gosh…that was scary…"Kwang Soo sighed in relief.

But why was Gary asking about Ji Hyo? Did something happen to them?

Kwang Soo's eyes glazed right to Ji Hyo's name in the contacts list. His gut told him to call her right there and then.

Putting his phone inside his pocket, he walked up the stairs to his room as staying here and calling Ji Hyo now would be kinda funny with the eyes of his father on him.

Once he closed the door, he plucked out his phone and was set on his complicated phone opening puzzle. Gosh…why did he put this passcode?

Spending about three tries and finally succeeded in opening his phone. Tapping on Ji Hyo's name, he called her.

She answered at the first ring.

"Ah…Kwang Soo ah…"

Ji Hyo's manager was very worried about Ji Hyo.

She would never have shopped so fast. Ever.

And for her to just buy three sets of clothes was extraordinary. She usually bought about tens of them.

Clicking at the submit button, she went back to her homepage.

Seeing her husband's face and hers in a forehead kiss, she smiled.

But that was when she stopped smiling when she knew.

She felt guilty all of a sudden and quickly went upstairs to look for her.

But she wasn't in bed. She wasn't in her study room either.

"Sung Im! Where are you?"

"Ah..Unnie! I'm in the bathroom!"

"Oh…i thought where you were."

Walking towards the bathroom, she saw clutters of clothes on the floor.

"Are you going somewhere?"

"Yeah, i'm meeting someone."

"Is it Gary?"Her heart would drop into her stomach if it wasn't Gary Ji Hyo was going to meet.

The bathroom door slid open and Ji Hyo's head bopped out.

"Ain't telling you!"

Ji Hyo grabbed her bag and ran down the stairs.

"Anyeong!"

Manager's lips went into a smile. She knew it was definitely him, seeing Ji Hyo that happy.

Going downstairs and looking at the screen of her computer, she didn't feel so angry after all.

She was worried that Ji Hyo had gotten jealous and felt bad. But seeing the way she glowed, she knew her prediction was wrong.

As if she had an aura around her, she closed the door.

Only that aura wasn't a good aura, it was a revenge aura.

And she was meeting Kwang Soo.

Gary was back on his car again.

He received a message saying Ji Hyo was at the Dessert House back at Jamsil and he immediately knew it was his aunt's one.

He didn't really check who he received it from, but he didn't really care and stepped hard on the pedal.

His car zipped and zoomed by the roads and when he finally reached the place, he saw something he couldn't believe.

Ji Hyo was in Kwang Soo's car.

And they were kissing.

Reuniting Blues Chapter 32: Monday Couple Fanfiction

Song Ji Hyo kept staring at her phone.

And her manager definitely noticed it and but had no choice but only sigh.

You Kang Gary! Why didn't you come?!

Ji Hyo knew she couldn't show her own feelings to her work, which is being professional. She took a deep breath, gulped and strolled to the director of the Yesse photo-shoot she was taking today.

"Hwaiting, Sung Im!" She felt a tap on her shoulder and realised it was her manager unnie. \

She gave her a nod, biting on her thick with lipstick lips, she continued towards the set, which was already filled with workers rushing here and there.the headlights were on, so Ji Hyo had to half peek her way to the director's table.

"There you are, Ji Hyo! Our star! Now lets get to business, Jess, can you touch up on her mascara? Make sure it looks natural. Ji Hoo? Get her hair to the hairstyles the designer had prescribed. Hara? Get her clothes ready!" The director did a casual greet and proceeded to fast orders to the set who went to get ready in a flash.

"Miss Song, you ready?"

She was rather caught in blank mode while watching the set cast who had came back with smiling faces telling her where to proceed.

"Ji Hyo-shi?"

"Ah…mianhe…Yes, i am ready."

Ji Hyo smiled back at them, following in a beeline after the fast walking set who had her nearly tripping over her heels.

"You okay?"

"Huh?"

She looked up, Ji Hoo, the hairstylist held up a hand to her.

"Ah, yes, gumawo."

She smiled and Ji Hoo's hands retreated back to his pockets and nodded to the direction where Jess and Hara were waiting for them.

She momentarily forgot about the 'little incident' and went to get ready with her friends.

They all gossiped together, talking about romance and lots of stuff, just like how a typical American would experience when they go to the auntie hairstylist shop in books, or so they say. Ji Hyo enjoyed staying right like that, forgetting those bad stuff that had been happening.

"Sung Im, ready?"

"Yes, director!"

Moon Sayeong gripped the Kang Gary so hard, his ribs almost broke.

"I missed you so much! Oh Hee Gun!"

Kang Gary hesitated and pulled away.

"Hee Gunie?"

Gunie Oppa?

Gary suddenly saw Ji Hyo's younger self and her now self calling him. He shivered a little. He felt guilty.

"Er…Sayeong…I.."

"Ah! I've got so much to tell you! I knew still loved me!"

Sayeong clasped Gary's face tightly, and pulled his face towards her.

Gary hesitated and quickly pushed her away.

"I thought you were injured?"

"Wha-I was! But when i knew you were coming, i felt energised!"

"So you tricked me?" Gary felt his face flare in anger.

He had gone all the way here to see her and gave his new precious girlfriend up. He knew it was a huge sacrifice and now he knew it was a trick? He was absolutely enraged.

"Anniyo! Don't misunderstand!"

"What the… I just gave Ji Hyo up to see you whether you was okay and you LIED?!"

"No..Hee Gun! Wait…Ji Hyo? That Song Ji Hyo? What business do you have to do with her?" Sayeong started getting into her maniacal stage.

"She's my girlfriend!" Gary shouted.

Sayeong collapsed onto the floor and started to sob.

"No! Hee Gun Oppa! I know you still love me! You're just trying to manipulate me huh?"

Kang Gary took his notepad which he brought everywhere. He got his black pen out and wrote something on a piece of paper and ripped it out. He folded it into a tiny triangle.

"Read it if you still think I'm in love with you."

Sayeong took the paper and opened it immediately(Idiotically).

Her eyes widened ad collapsed on her bed, crying more horribly.

"Well, anyeong."

Song Ji Hyo got into her trailer happily after her photo-shoot.

Her manager was looking at her suspiciously.

Is she okay? Is she traumatised? 

It was funny that she seemed fine even when Gary didn't come to pick her up.

"Unnie, don't worry about me, I'm okay."

Ji Hyo turned to her manager and grinned, her happy aura caused her to glow in happiness some how.

I guess a trip to a photo shoot would help with her moods…

She held Ji Hyo's outstretched hand and told her,

"If you ever need help or encouragement, look for me, okay? You can trust me."

She added a wink to Ji Hyo which she responded with a pout.

"Dayoini!(of course) You are my unnie after all…"

Mr Moon looked at his daughter worriedly.

She had cooped herself up at the hospital bed for a few hours and no matter how many times he and his wife called her, she never responded.

They kept hearing stifles and put all the blame on that Kang Hee Gun.

That was when they found a note with the watermarked 'Leessang' in the bin. Curious, they took it from the trash and opened it up. Mrs Moon had backed away as she was rather a cleanliness freak.

There, it only took the only five words that made him angry.

Reuniting Blues Chapter 31 : Monday Couple Fanfiction

Song Ji Hyo kept looking at her watch inpatiently.

It was almost time for her photoshoot and Kang Gary wasn't here yet.

"Are you sure he will come?" Her manager, looked at her worriedly.

"Yes-s! He's my Namja-Chingu! I trust him more than anyone else!" Ji Hyo retorted, though hesitating a little.

"Aha...trust him more than anyone else...adding your parents, family members and me ?" The manager Unnie glanced at her, crossing her arms.

"Hais...of course I trust you all...but you know he's my Namja Chingu..." A waved of worried-ness washed over her as she checked her watch for the 27th time.

"Haha...just joking ah, Sung Im... But if he doesn't come 30 minutes before your photoshoot time, don't blame Unnie for sending you there first."

"Okay Unnie..." Ji Hyo looked at the time, it was only five minutes until then.

Kang Hee Gun! You better be on the way here now!

Kang Gary was indeed driving.

But, sad to say, not to Ji Hyo's house.

He was off to Jamsil's neighborhood hospital, driving at top-notch speed.

If I drive fast, I might be able to both see Sayeong and fetch Ji Hyo, right?

Gary's heart was thorn to girls whom he loved, though one is his past love.

He still cared about her, but not that much. Ji Hyo is officially his yeoja Chingu and he can't afford to lose that title.

But receiving a call from Sayeong's father, the first time from her phone in 10+ years, adding that she was in trouble made him worry about her once again.

But apparently he didn't know about being thorn to two girls isn't really a good thing and he would have to pay a price.

A tear slid down Ji Hyo's cheek.

She could not believe Gary was late and she was riding on her normal trailer today.

Her angry aura was around her now, though her face showed none of it. It was as if she was sprayed blue all over with a splash of paint.

Stupid Gunie Oppa! Why aren't you here?!

Glaring at the window, trying to hide her tears that were streaming down furiously from the hurt from her manager Unnie.

"Ji Hyo ah, are you okay?" Her manager asked.

She didn't reply, her eyes fixed on the trees they were passing by.

"Sung Im?"

Still not reply, but some stifling were heard.

"Unnie! Why didn't he come? Why?!..." Ji Hyo screamed out her emotions, making her breakdown in the backseat, lying on the seat, her tears making it wet.

"Ah...Ji Hyo ah...Do you want to stay at home and I'll tell the Yesse people to film another day? I know what you are feeling and I know it's hard for you, so do you want to rest?"

"...Unnie...no...I should go..."

"You sure?"

"Yes."

As sure as im gonna make you regret this decision of forgetting me, Kang Gary..

Moon Sayeong looked at her hospital room door with her body full of hope.

Her father had told her that Hee Gun was coming now.

She could hardly hide her excitement, and for a few times, despite the sick self, she jumped on her bed.

Kang Gary rushed to the Information Counter of the Jamsil Hospital in haste and asked for the room of Moon Sayeong.

Getting the room number, he immediately dashed towards the staircase and ran up to the third floor.

Seeing two rather elderly looking people, he went up to them and recognized their faces immediately, especially the man arrayed in a perfectly ironed suit.

"Anyeonghaseyo, I'm Kang Hee Gun and you may know me before and may I know if Sayeong is inside?"

"Ah...you are finally here huh? You brat! Made my little jewel go to depression all this years! Now just appear?" Sayeong's father was clearly full of fury.

"Ah, hubby, should we discuss it later? Let's let him go in first, I'm sure Sayeong misses him."

Kang Gary took that as a 'Yes' and went into the room.

Immediately, he was wrapped into the arms of a familiar person.
